SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Ltbp3 (latent transforming growth factor beta binding protein 3) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Ltbp3 qPCR Primer Set – latent transforming growth factor beta binding protein 3
Also known as: Ltbp2, mFLJ00070
About this gene: Ltbp3 is predicted to enable transforming growth factor beta binding activity. It acts upstream of or within multiple processes, including negative regulation of chondrocyte differentiation; positive regulation of bone resorption; and transforming growth factor beta receptor signaling pathway.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 16998; UniProt: Q61810; Chromosome location: 19 A|19 4.34 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
