SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Lsm2 (LSM2 homolog, U6 small nuclear RNA and mRNA degradation associated) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Lsm2 qPCR Primer Set – LSM2 homolog, U6 small nuclear RNA and mRNA degradation associated
Also known as: D17H6S56E-2, D17H6S56E2, Dmapl, Dmpkap, G7b, Sm-X5, SmX5, snRNP
About this gene: Lsm2 enables protein kinase binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in mRNA splicing, via spliceosome. It is predicted to act upstream of or within mRNA catabolic process and spliceosomal tri-snRNP complex assembly.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 27756; UniProt: O35900; Chromosome location: 17 B1|17 18.52 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
