SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Lrrtm4 (leucine rich repeat transmembrane neuronal 4) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Lrrtm4 qPCR Primer Set – leucine rich repeat transmembrane neuronal 4
Also known as: 7530419J18Rik, A230052N11
About this gene: Lrrtm4 enables heparan sulfate proteoglycan binding activity. It is involved in regulation of synapse assembly. It acts upstream of or within AMPA glutamate receptor clustering and regulation of presynaptic membrane organization.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 243499; UniProt: Q80XG9; Chromosome location: 6 C3|6 35.05 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
