SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Lrrtm2 (leucine rich repeat transmembrane neuronal 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Lrrtm2 qPCR Primer Set – leucine rich repeat transmembrane neuronal 2
Also known as: C630011A14Rik, mKIAA0416
About this gene: Lrrtm2 is predicted to enable neurexin family protein binding activity. It acts upstream of or within long-term synaptic potentiation; negative regulation of receptor internalization; and synapse organization. Predicted to be active in multiple cellular components, including Schaffer collateral - CA1 synapse; hippocampal mossy fiber to CA3 synapse; and postsynaptic density membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 107065; UniProt: Q8BGA3; Chromosome location: 18 B1|18 18.94 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
