SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Ap4m1 (adaptor-related protein complex AP-4, mu 1, also called mu4) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Ap4m1 qPCR Primer Set – adaptor-related protein complex AP-4, mu 1
Also known as: 4930443L05Rik, Ap4m4
About this gene: Ap4m1 is predicted to enable clathrin-cargo adaptor activity and protein domain specific binding activity. It is involved in intracellular protein localization and protein targeting. Predicted to be active in trans-Golgi network.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 11781; UniProt: Q9JKC7; Chromosome location: 5 G2|5 76.98 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
