SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Lpxn (leupaxin) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Lpxn qPCR Primer Set – leupaxin
Also known as: 4933402K05Rik, A530083L21Rik, LDPL
About this gene: Lpxn enables transcription coregulator activity. It is involved in negative regulation of B cell receptor signaling pathway and regulation of cell adhesion mediated by integrin.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 107321; UniProt: Q99N69; Chromosome location: 19 A|19 8.73 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
