SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Lipe (lipase E, hormone sensitive type, also called HSL) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Lipe qPCR Primer Set – lipase E, hormone sensitive type
Also known as: 4933403G17Rik, HSL, REH
About this gene: Lipe enables multiple functions, including lipase activity; retinyl-palmitate esterase activity; and serine hydrolase activity. It is involved in ether lipid metabolic process and lipid catabolic process. It acts upstream of or within cellular response to cold and lipid catabolic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 16890; UniProt: P54310; Chromosome location: 7 A3|7 13.78 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
