SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Lepr (leptin receptor, also called B219) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Lepr qPCR Primer Set – leptin receptor
Also known as: B219, LEP-R, LEPROT, Leprb, Modb1, OB-RGRP, Obr, db, diabetes, obese-like, obl
About this gene: Lepr enables leptin receptor activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including glucose homeostasis; leptin-mediated signaling pathway; and positive regulation of cold-induced thermogenesis. It acts upstream of or within multiple processes, including glial cell proliferation; glycogen metabolic process; and negative regulation of gluconeogenesis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 16847; UniProt: P48356; Chromosome location: 4 C6|4 46.96 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
