SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Ldlr (low density lipoprotein receptor) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Ldlr qPCR Primer Set – low density lipoprotein receptor
Also known as: Hlb301
About this gene: Ldlr enables amyloid-beta binding activity; lipoprotein particle receptor activity; and low-density lipoprotein particle binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including endocytosis; regulation of inflammatory response; and regulation of lipid metabolic process. It acts upstream of or within multiple processes, including cholesterol homeostasis; lipoprotein catabolic process; and low-density lipoprotein particle clearance.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 16835; UniProt: P35951; Chromosome location: 9 A3|9 7.87 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
