About this gene: Lck enables multiple functions, including CD4 receptor binding activity; protein antigen binding activity; and protein phosphatase binding activity. It is involved in release of sequestered calcium ion into cytosol. It acts upstream of or within multiple processes, including positive regulation of tyrosine phosphorylation of STAT protein; protein phosphorylation; and regulation of T cell differentiation.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
