SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Lag3 (lymphocyte-activation gene 3, also called Aida) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Lag3 qPCR Primer Set – lymphocyte-activation gene 3
Also known as: CD223, LAG-3, Ly66
About this gene: Lag3 enables MHC class II protein binding activity and transmembrane signaling receptor activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including negative regulation of T cell mediated immune response to tumor cell; negative regulation of T cell receptor signaling pathway; and negative regulation of regulatory T cell differentiation. It acts upstream of or within multiple processes, including negative regulation of T cell activation; negative regulation of interleukin-2 production; and positive regulation of natural killer cell mediated cytotoxicity.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 16768; UniProt: Q61790; Chromosome location: 6 F2|6 59.17 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
