SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Krt7 (keratin 7, also called K7) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Krt7 qPCR Primer Set – keratin 7
Also known as: D15Wsu77e, K7, Krt2-7
About this gene: Predicted to be a structural constituent of skin epidermis. It is predicted to be involved in intermediate filament organization and keratinization. Predicted to be active in keratin filament.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 110310; UniProt: Q9DCV7; Chromosome location: 15 F1- F2|15 56.88 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
