SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Kpna4 (karyopherin subunit alpha 4, also called Qip1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Kpna4 qPCR Primer Set – karyopherin subunit alpha 4
Also known as: 1110058D08Rik, IPOA3, qip1
About this gene: Kpna4 enables nuclear import signal receptor activity. It acts upstream of or within protein import into nucleus and response to hydrogen peroxide.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 16649; UniProt: O35343; Chromosome location: 3 E1|3 32.18 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
