SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Kif3a (kinesin family member 3A) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Kif3a qPCR Primer Set – kinesin family member 3A
Also known as: Kif3, Kifl, Kns3
About this gene: Kif3a enables intraciliary transport particle B binding activity; microtubule binding activity; and microtubule motor activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including alpha-tubulin acetylation; anterograde dendritic transport of neurotransmitter receptor complex; and microtubule cytoskeleton organization. It acts upstream of or within multiple processes, including dentate gyrus development; plasma membrane bounded cell projection organization; and regionalization.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 16568; UniProt: P28741; Chromosome location: 11 B1.3|11 31.97 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
