SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Kif2b (kinesin family member 2B) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Kif2b qPCR Primer Set – kinesin family member 2B
Also known as: 1700063D03Rik
About this gene: Kif2b is predicted to enable ATP hydrolysis activity; microtubule binding activity; and microtubule motor activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including metaphase chromosome alignment; microtubule depolymerization; and regulation of chromosome segregation. Predicted to be active in cytoplasm and microtubule cytoskeleton.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 73470; UniProt: Q8C0N1; Chromosome location: 11 D|11 56.1 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
