SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Kif23 (kinesin family member 23) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Kif23 qPCR Primer Set – kinesin family member 23
Also known as: 3110001D19Rik, CHO1, Knsl5, MKLP-1, MKLP1
About this gene: Kif23 is predicted to enable ATP hydrolysis activity; microtubule binding activity; and microtubule motor activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including mitotic cytokinesis; mitotic spindle midzone assembly; and positive regulation of cytokinesis.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 71819; UniProt: E9Q5G3; Chromosome location: 9 B|9 33.5 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
