SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Kif20a (kinesin family member 20A) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Kif20a qPCR Primer Set – kinesin family member 20A
Also known as: Rab6kifl
About this gene: Kif20a is predicted to enable multiple functions, including ATP hydrolysis activity; microtubule binding activity; and microtubule motor activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including microtubule bundle formation; midbody abscission; and regulation of cytokinesis. Predicted to be active in cytoplasm; microtubule; and nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 19348; UniProt: P97329; Chromosome location: 18 B1|18 18.69 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
