SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Kif14 (kinesin family member 14) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Kif14 qPCR Primer Set – kinesin family member 14
Also known as: D1Ertd367e, E130203M01
About this gene: Kif14 enables multiple functions, including ATP binding activity; ATP hydrolysis activity; and plus-end-directed microtubule motor activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including brain development; negative regulation of neuron apoptotic process; and regulation of myelination. Predicted to be active in cytoplasm and microtubule.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 381293; UniProt: L0N7N1; Chromosome location: 1 E4|1 59.8 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
