SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Khdrbs3 (KH domain containing, RNA binding, signal transduction associated 3) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Khdrbs3 qPCR Primer Set – KH domain containing, RNA binding, signal transduction associated 3
Also known as: Etle, SLM-2, Salp, Slm2, T-STAR
About this gene: Khdrbs3 is predicted to enable RNA binding activity; identical protein binding activity; and protein domain specific binding activity. It is involved in regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 13992; UniProt: Q9R226; Chromosome location: 15 D3|15 30.36 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
