About this gene: Khdrbs1 enables multiple functions, including identical protein binding activity; protein tyrosine kinase binding activity; and signaling adaptor activity. It is involved in cell surface receptor signaling pathway and regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome. It acts upstream of or within negative regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II and regulation of RNA export from nucleus.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H₂O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
