SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Kel (Kell metallo-endopeptidase) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Kel qPCR Primer Set – Kell metallo-endopeptidase
Also known as: CD238, Ece3
About this gene: Kel enables metallopeptidase activity. It acts upstream of or within multiple processes, including intracellular monoatomic cation homeostasis; regulation of axon diameter; and skeletal muscle fiber development.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 23925; UniProt: Q9EQF2; Chromosome location: 6 B2.1|6 19.86 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
