SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Kdelr2 (KDEL (Lys-Asp-Glu-Leu) endoplasmic reticulum protein retention receptor 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Kdelr2 qPCR Primer Set – KDEL (Lys-Asp-Glu-Leu) endoplasmic reticulum protein retention receptor 2
Also known as: 1110007A14Rik
About this gene: Kdelr2 is predicted to enable KDEL sequence binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in protein retention in ER lumen and retrograde vesicle-mediated transport, Golgi to endoplasmic reticulum. Predicted to be active in cis-Golgi network and endoplasmic reticulum.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 66913; UniProt: Q9CQM2; Chromosome location: 5 G2|5 82.12 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
