Mouse Kctd3 qPCR Primer Set – potassium channel tetramerisation domain containing 3
Also known as: 4930438A20Rik, 9330185B06, E330032J19Rik, NY-REN-45
About this gene: It is predicted to be involved in protein homooligomerization.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 226823; UniProt: Q8BFX3; Chromosome location: 1 H6|1 93.51 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
