SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Kcnq2 (potassium voltage-gated channel, subfamily Q, member 2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Kcnq2 qPCR Primer Set – potassium voltage-gated channel, subfamily Q, member 2
Also known as: HNSPC, KQT2, Nmf134
About this gene: Kcnq2 enables calmodulin binding activity; potassium channel activity; and voltage-gated monoatomic ion channel activity. It acts upstream of or within multiple processes, including chemical synaptic transmission; learning or memory; and nervous system development. Is active in axon initial segment and node of Ranvier.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 16536; UniProt: Q9Z351; Chromosome location: 2 H4|2 103.57 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
