SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Kcnk12 (potassium channel, subfamily K, member 12) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Kcnk12 qPCR Primer Set – potassium channel, subfamily K, member 12
Also known as: mntk1
About this gene: Kcnk12 is predicted to enable identical protein binding activity; potassium channel activity; and protein heterodimerization activity. It is predicted to be involved in potassium ion transmembrane transport. Predicted to be active in plasma membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 210741; Chromosome location: 17 E4|17 57.87 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
