SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Kcnj8 (potassium inwardly-rectifying channel, subfamily J, member 8) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Kcnj8 qPCR Primer Set – potassium inwardly-rectifying channel, subfamily J, member 8
Also known as: Kir6.1, gnite, slmbr, sltr, uKATP-1
About this gene: Contributes to inward rectifier potassium channel activity. It acts upstream of or within multiple processes, including heart development; intracellular signal transduction; and neuroinflammatory response. Is active in presynapse.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 16523; UniProt: P97794; Chromosome location: 6 G2|6 74.31 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
