SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Kcnj4 (potassium inwardly-rectifying channel, subfamily J, member 4) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Kcnj4 qPCR Primer Set – potassium inwardly-rectifying channel, subfamily J, member 4
Also known as: IRK3, Kcnf2, MB-IRK3
About this gene: Kcnj4 enables inward rectifier potassium channel activity. It is predicted to be involved in potassium ion import across plasma membrane. Is active in glutamatergic synapse and postsynaptic membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 16520; Chromosome location: 15 E1|15 37.74 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
