SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Kcnj16 (potassium inwardly-rectifying channel, subfamily J, member 16) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Kcnj16 qPCR Primer Set – potassium inwardly-rectifying channel, subfamily J, member 16
Also known as: 6430410F18Rik, Kir5.1
About this gene: Predicted to contribute to inward rectifier potassium channel activity. It is predicted to be involved in potassium ion import across plasma membrane; regulation of pH; and response to carbon dioxide.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 16517; UniProt: Q9Z307; Chromosome location: 11 E2|11 75.01 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
