SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Anpep (alanyl aminopeptidase, membrane, also called AP-N) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Anpep qPCR Primer Set – alanyl aminopeptidase, membrane
Also known as: AP-M, AP-N, Apn, Cd13, P150
About this gene: Anpep enables metallopeptidase activity. It is involved in angiotensin maturation. Is active in external side of plasma membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 16790; UniProt: P97449; Chromosome location: 7 D2|7 45.19 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
