KCNIP family members are small calcium binding proteins that commonly exhibit unique variation at their N-termini, and which modulate A-type potassium channels. Kcnip2 is predominantly expressed in the adult heart, and to a lesser extent in the brain.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
