SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Kcng4 (potassium voltage-gated channel, subfamily G, member 4) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Kcng4 qPCR Primer Set – potassium voltage-gated channel, subfamily G, member 4
Also known as: 4921535I01Rik, KV6.3, KV6.4
About this gene: Kcng4 is predicted to enable potassium channel regulator activity and transmembrane transporter binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in action potential; potassium ion transmembrane transport; and regulation of potassium ion transmembrane transport. Predicted to be active in membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 66733; UniProt: Q80XM3; Chromosome location: 8 E1|8 68.07 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
