SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Kcng2 (potassium voltage-gated channel, subfamily G, member 2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Kcng2 qPCR Primer Set – potassium voltage-gated channel, subfamily G, member 2
About this gene: Kcng2 is predicted to enable potassium channel regulator activity. It is predicted to be involved in action potential; potassium ion transmembrane transport; and regulation of potassium ion transport. Predicted to be active in membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 240444; Chromosome location: 18 E3|18 53.4 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
