SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Kcnc4 (potassium voltage gated channel, Shaw-related subfamily, member 4) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Kcnc4 qPCR Primer Set – potassium voltage gated channel, Shaw-related subfamily, member 4
Also known as: KSHIIIC, Kcr2-4, Kv3.4
About this gene: Kcnc4 is predicted to enable delayed rectifier potassium channel activity; voltage-gated monoatomic ion channel activity involved in regulation of postsynaptic membrane potential; and voltage-gated monoatomic ion channel activity involved in regulation of presynaptic membrane potential. It acts upstream of or within regulation of neurotransmitter secretion.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 99738; UniProt: Q8R1C0; Chromosome location: 3 F2.3|3 46.83 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
