SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Kcnab1 (potassium voltage-gated channel, shaker-related subfamily, beta member 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Kcnab1 qPCR Primer Set – potassium voltage-gated channel, shaker-related subfamily, beta member 1
Also known as: Akr8a8, Kvbeta1.1, mKv(beta)1
About this gene: Kcnab1 is predicted to enable multiple functions, including NADPH binding activity; potassium channel regulator activity; and transmembrane transporter binding activity. It acts upstream of or within learning or memory. Predicted to be active in juxtaparanode region of axon.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 16497; UniProt: P63143; Chromosome location: 3 E1|3 30.15 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
