SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Anp32a (acidic nuclear phosphoprotein 32 family member A, also called LANP) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Anp32a qPCR Primer Set – acidic nuclear phosphoprotein 32 family member A
Also known as: Anp32, I1PP2A, LANP, PHAP1, pp32
About this gene: Anp32a is predicted to enable histone binding activity and integrin binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including negative regulation of plasma membrane bounded cell projection assembly; negative regulation of protein modification process; and nucleocytoplasmic transport.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 11737; UniProt: O35381; Chromosome location: 9 B|9 33.68 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
