SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Itih3 (inter-alpha trypsin inhibitor, heavy chain 3, also called ITI-HC3) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Itih3 qPCR Primer Set – inter-alpha trypsin inhibitor, heavy chain 3
Also known as: ITI-HC3, Intin3, Itih-3
About this gene: Itih3 encodes one of the heavy subunits of inter alpha trypsin inhibitor that acts as a protease inhibitor circulating in the plasma. The Itih3 protein undergoes proteolytic processing to generate a mature glycoprotein that is linked to the other subunits via an ester bond between the C-terminal aspartic acid residue and the N-acetyl galactosamine residue of chondroitin sulfate.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 16426; UniProt: Q61704; Chromosome location: 14 B|14 19.09 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
