About this gene: Itga3 encodes a subunit of integrin family of cell surface proteins. The Itga3 protein undergoes post-translational processing to form a disulfide bond-linked dimer comprised of heavy and light chains. At the cell surface, the Itga3 protein non-covalently associates with the integrin beta-1 subunit to form a heterodimer that interacts with many extracellular matrix proteins including fibronectin and laminin.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
