SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Irf2 (interferon regulatory factor 2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Irf2 qPCR Primer Set – interferon regulatory factor 2
Also known as: 9830146E22Rik, Irf-2
About this gene: Irf2 enables DNA-binding transcription factor activity, RNA polymerase II-specific and sequence-specific DNA binding activity. It is involved in negative regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II and negative regulation of type I interferon production. Predicted to be active in chromatin and nucleus.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 16363; UniProt: P23906; Chromosome location: 8 B1.1|8 26.42 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
