SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Inppl1 (inositol polyphosphate phosphatase-like 1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Inppl1 qPCR Primer Set – inositol polyphosphate phosphatase-like 1
Also known as: 51C, SHIP2
About this gene: Inppl1 is predicted to enable SH2 domain binding activity; inositol-polyphosphate 5-phosphatase activity; and phosphatidylinositol-3,4,5-trisphosphate binding activity. It acts upstream of or within multiple processes, including intracellular signaling cassette; phosphatidylinositol biosynthetic process; and ruffle assembly.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 16332; UniProt: Q6P549; Chromosome location: 7 E2|7 54.67 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
