SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Inpp5f (inositol polyphosphate-5-phosphatase F, also called hSAC2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Inpp5f qPCR Primer Set – inositol polyphosphate-5-phosphatase F
Also known as: 5830435P03Rik, SAC2, cI-27, hSAC2, mKIAA0966
About this gene: Inpp5f enables inositol monophosphate 4-phosphatase activity and phosphatidylinositol phosphate 4-phosphatase activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including negative regulation of axon regeneration; phosphatidylinositol dephosphorylation; and positive regulation of receptor recycling. It acts upstream of or within cardiac muscle hypertrophy in response to stress; phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B signal transduction; and phosphatidylinositol catabolic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 101490; UniProt: Q8CDA1; Chromosome location: 7 F3|7 70.32 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
