SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Ilk (integrin linked kinase, also called p59ILK) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Mouse Ilk qPCR Primer Set – integrin linked kinase
Also known as: ESTM24, ILK-1, ILK-2, p59ILK
About this gene: Ilk is predicted to enable multiple functions, including ATP binding activity; SH3 domain binding activity; and magnesium ion binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including caveola assembly; integrin-mediated signaling pathway; and positive regulation of BMP signaling pathway. It acts upstream of or within multiple processes, including branching involved in ureteric bud morphogenesis; nervous system development; and phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B signal transduction.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 16202; UniProt: O55222; Chromosome location: 7 E3|7 55.97 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
