About this gene: The Ilf3 protein contains two double-stranded RNA binding domains and functions in the post-transcriptional regulation of gene expression. The Ilf3 gene product is a component of an RNA-protein complex that may be involved in mediating the export of messenger RNAs. These isoforms are grouped into two categories, NFAR-1 or NFAR-2, based on variation at the C-terminus.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
