SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Ilf2 (interleukin enhancer binding factor 2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Ilf2 qPCR Primer Set – interleukin enhancer binding factor 2
Also known as: 6230405A16Rik, TEG-267, Tex261, Tex267
About this gene: Ilf2 is predicted to enable DNA binding activity and double-stranded RNA binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in positive regulation of DNA-templated transcription.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 67781; UniProt: Q9CXY6; Chromosome location: 3 F1|3 39.23 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
