SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Ankrd2 (ankyrin repeat domain 2, also called mArpp) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Ankrd2 qPCR Primer Set – ankyrin repeat domain 2
Also known as: Arpp
About this gene: Ankrd2 enables chromatin binding activity; protein kinase B binding activity; and titin binding activity. It is involved in negative regulation of myoblast differentiation. It acts upstream of or within multiple processes, including negative regulation of myotube differentiation; regulation of intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway by p53 class mediator; and skeletal muscle cell differentiation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 56642; UniProt: Q9WV06; Chromosome location: 19 C3|19 35.65 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
