SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Il2 (interleukin 2, also called IL-2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Il2 qPCR Primer Set – interleukin 2
Also known as: Il-2
About this gene: Il2 enables cytokine activity and interleukin-2 receptor binding activity. It is involved in negative regulation of T-helper 17 cell differentiation. It acts upstream of or within multiple processes, including extrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway in absence of ligand; regulation of gene expression; and regulation of lymphocyte activation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 16183; UniProt: P04351; Chromosome location: 3 B|3 18.3 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
