About this gene: Il13ra2 encodes a receptor protein that binds to interleukin 13 with very high affinity. The Il13ra2 protein acts as a decoy receptor, and does not elicit any signal upon the binding of IL-13. Mice lacking the Il13ra2 protein exhibit increased levels of serum immunoglobulins, immune-dependent production of interferon gamma and, increased bone marrow macrophage progenitor frequency.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
