SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Il10ra (interleukin 10 receptor, alpha, also called IL-10RA) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Il10ra qPCR Primer Set – interleukin 10 receptor, alpha
Also known as: CDw210, CDw210a, IL-10R1, IL-10RA, Il10r, mIL-10R
About this gene: Il10ra is predicted to enable interleukin-10 binding activity and interleukin-10 receptor activity. It is predicted to be involved in multiple processes, including intestinal epithelial structure maintenance; positive regulation of receptor signaling pathway via JAK-STAT; and ubiquitin-dependent endocytosis. It is predicted to act upstream of or within interleukin-10-mediated signaling pathway.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 16154; UniProt: Q61727; Chromosome location: 9 A5.2|9 24.84 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
