SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Igsf8 (immunoglobulin superfamily, member 8, also called PGRL) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Igsf8 qPCR Primer Set – immunoglobulin superfamily, member 8
Also known as: ESTM34, EWI-2, KCT-4, PGRL
About this gene: Igsf8 is predicted to enable signaling receptor activity. It is involved in modulation of chemical synaptic transmission. It acts upstream of or within regulation of cell motility.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 140559; UniProt: Q8R366; Chromosome location: 1 H3|1 79.59 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
