SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Ighmbp2 (immunoglobulin mu DNA binding protein 2) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Ighmbp2 qPCR Primer Set – immunoglobulin mu DNA binding protein 2
Also known as: AEP, Catf1, RIPE3b1, Smbp-2, Smbp2, Smubp2, nmd, sma
About this gene: Ighmbp2 enables multiple functions, including ATP hydrolysis activity; G-rich single-stranded DNA binding activity; and ribosome binding activity. It acts upstream of or within negative regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase II; neuromuscular process; and spinal cord motor neuron differentiation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 20589; Chromosome location: 19 A|19 3.03 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
