SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting mouse Ifi30 (interferon gamma inducible protein 30) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Mouse Ifi30 qPCR Primer Set – interferon gamma inducible protein 30
Also known as: GILT, IP30
About this gene: Ifi30 is predicted to enable oxidoreductase activity, acting on a sulfur group of donors, disulfide as acceptor. It is involved in antigen processing and presentation of exogenous peptide antigen via MHC class I. Acts upstream of or within antigen processing and presentation of exogenous peptide antigen via MHC class II; negative regulation of fibroblast proliferation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 65972; UniProt: Q9ESY9; Chromosome location: 8 B3.3|8 34.15 cM
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
